Setting up a Wordpress site based on Directorist theme

Hi,
I'm looking to setup a clean, fast directory of businesses in the outdoor sector.
I'm using Wordpress and for now the Directorist theme/plugins etc.
I need some help to get this setup really well and customise (within the plugin) the data types/fields we display and generally do what is needed to get it all setup and get the right data imported etc.
I'd prefer to work with someone who is very focused on getting things right and ensure that the site stays fast and can add value to the project by getting on with things and ensuring we overcome any issues etc.
UK based please and you really need to know wordpress and have experience of Directorist ideally or be very familiar with plugins/themes like this.
