Set Up Caching/CDN for BuddyBoss/LearnDash Membership Site

Looking to set up WP Rocket, WP Offload Media, and Smush to work with a CDN and to cache images, assets, pages, etc. properly for a highly dynamic membership site based on BuddyBoss and LearnDash.

I'm on Cloudways, but have disabled the Cloudways caching plugin (Breeze) because it caused problems with Elementor. I've also got a CloudFront account, and that's connected to WP Offload Media. I've tried to set up WP Rocket with CloudFront, but keep getting 403 errors.

I'm using CloudFront because I was already using AWS S3 for video.

Project would be considered complete when I have all caching for my website set up properly so I don't get any errors and so my website handles dynamic content and forms properly. I'm willing to consider alternative plugins and CDNs.

Please be specific in your proposal about what CDN and plugins you propose, and how long you think it will take.
