Set up a directory plugin on my website

Objective
1. Make it possible for a business to claim their listing
2. Make it possible for a claimed listing to upgrade their listing by paying a subscription
3. A subscribed member should be able to publish blogs on the website (without seeing the wp admin backend)
4. A subscribed member should be able to list product for sale on the website - using the wooocommerce functionality of the website
