Service Provider Directory Theme Setup

I have created a basic Wordpress website using GoDaddy and I have added. plugin called Simply book.

I am looking at adding a directory based search which includes location and search filters. I have purchased a plugin for this which can be viewed here. https://codecanyon.net/item/web-20-directory-plugin-for-wordpress/6463373

Id like clients to be able to search for providers based on location, category, service type and then use filters to narrow these results, such as years of experience, certain qualifications, certification. This appears to be already set up on the plug in above but my level of expertise is very very minimal! I have however created a google maps account, added my payment details be generated API keys.

Once a client has found the correct service provider, they will have a profile but to book the provider they would go to the Simply book plugin.

The other option is to purchase this theme and amend it to work completely so no need for the simply book plugin.

I am more than able to add the locations, parent locations, categories etc. Its the initial setup so I can easily see how it works. Hope this makes sense.

I know I have seen developers that offer 30 minutes for £15 so this would be around 6-7 hours worth.
