SEO optimization

Need SEO for the website of an educational consultancy based in London.
The preliminary preparation has been already done (keywords, descriptions, metadata) so that with our name we are third in organic search in Google. Now we should get the same result for keywords associated with secondary education, supplementary education, private tuition etc. As for now we are happy to get the best possible results with reference to London or even West London/North London.

Currently it is a flash website which will be replaced with a proper html website (the same texts and URL) in a month time or so.
