SEO Guru needed

We are a wedding photography business servicing some 30+ couples every year. We are looking for an SEO expert to work freelance for a monthly fee in exchange for giving our website & blog engines some brand new oils. We need someone who is capable of optimizing our website to get us on the first page of Google and in the first five results.

Currently we use a Google cost per click campaign which is proving overly expensive. All applicants MUST be able to communicate via phone for monthly reviews.

This is an ongoing position and the chosen applicant MUST be able to perform the majority of the following duties:

Fix Errors:
- Comb our web pages for canonicalization issues and amend instances of duplicate URLs
- Redirect any 404 errors you find and fix any broken links you discover
- Identify, remove and nofollow any external links found
- Increase usability for both users and search engine spiders by creating comprehensive XML and HTML sitemaps
- Make sure that our pages comply with W3C standards and fix validation errors
- Check the location of our web hosting

Improve our website:
- Clean up our Meta tags and descriptions, as well as strategise new keywords for our campaign
- Write flowing on-page content that’s optimised, and also boosts internal linking practices
- Remove duplicate content that may be harming our rankings
- Optimise on-site images
- Create a dynamic RSS feed and a bespoke SEO directory structure

To provide an excellent external backlink portfolio which will increase our site’s authority and web presence. Provide the following to help build up our natural linking profile:
- Well-written article submissions to portals in our industry
- A range of tailored directory submission options
- Positive press releases that can increase our global reputation

- Blog comments across topics in our field
