SEO for new website

We are looking for somebody to help us with our SEO rankings, and more specifically to go back to our previous high rankings on Google. We recently changed our company name (due to rebrand) and the website was changed over, and as a result, our Google rankings have suffered and dropped. We have a list of phrases/terms we'd like to appear under and would like some assistance in removing traces of our old website from Google/search engines.
