SEO expert to join design team

We are looking for an SEO expert to join our team. We are a team of designers and developers who produces several websites per week. Whilst we all have good knowledge of SEO and optimise our clients' sites extremely well, our time is better spent concentrating on the design side.

Therefore we would like an SEO expert to be the one who we direct all the SEO work to.

We would need to see past sites that you have optimised and a good set of feedback.
