Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
Project Overview
We are building a senior B2B sales partner.
This is not a brochure site and not a design-heavy build.
The site must support:
SEO from day one
Clear positioning and conversion
Content depth and performance
Future growth without technical debt
We are looking for a medium–senior WordPress developer, not a junior or “Elementor-only” executor.
Scope of Work:
Build a WordPress website (8–12 pages)
Implement clean, SEO-ready structure
Light use of Elementor only where justified (homepage, key landing pages)
Blog built using native Gutenberg blocks
Ensure performance, accessibility, and clean markup
Collaborate during copy and structure finalisation
Prepare site for launch (noindex during build → index at launch)
Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
WordPress (self-hosted)
Lightweight theme (Hello, Astra, or GeneratePress)
Elementor used selectively — not site-wide
Clean H1/H2/H3 hierarchy
SEO-friendly URLs
Fast load times (no animation bloat)
Mobile-first and responsive
Works cleanly with SiteGround hosting
Comfortable with RankMath or Yoast (SEO basics)
What We Explicitly Do NOT Want
Junior developers
Heavy animations or gimmicks
Over-engineered page builders
Plugin bloat
“Design-first, structure-later” thinking
Cookie-cutter agency templates
Ideal Experience
B2B websites (SaaS / professional services)
Content-heavy or SEO-led builds
Developers who think in systems, not pages
Comfortable pushing back on bad ideas (including ours)
How We Will Evaluate You
We care more about how you think than what you’ve built.
Please include:
2–3 relevant WordPress projects (links)
Your approach to balancing Elementor vs Gutenberg
How you ensure SEO is baked into the build (not added later)
How you think about performance and scalability
Any questions or assumptions you’d challenge in our brief
Budget & Engagement:
Fixed-price with milestones
If your proposal is generic or copy-pasted, we will not reply.
We are intentionally selective.
Thank You

Hey Diego, One clarification I’d like to ask:
You mention using Elementor selectively—only on the homepage and key landing pages. Could you clarify how you currently define “key landing pages,” and do you have existing templates or design direction for these pages, or would that be part of the collaboration during the build?
This will help me plan the Gutenberg/Elementor split effectively while ensuring SEO and performance are maintained across both.
