Experience Level: Expert
Monthly Salary: $400 USD / mo base salary + up to 50% ($200 USD) milestone driven monthly bonues. Monthly milestones will be mutually agreed and ongoing as an incentive to meet milestone deadlines.
Minimum Commitment: 6 - 12 months, with potential to become a permenant long term employee.
Paid Time Off: On an accrual baisis. For each month that you work, you'll accrue 1 paid day leave for a total of 13 accrued paid leave days per year. Up to 2 Major religious/government holidays in your courty are also covered, for a total of 15 paid holidays per year.
*Must be willing to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement

We are a small fintech startup looking to hire a full time RESULTS Oriented, MEAN Stack Developer that is SINCERE, DILIGENT and PASSIONATE about engineering and problem solving. We are looking for a critical thinker and problem solver that is willing to do what is necessary to achieve desired results and meet set deadlines.
We are building a complex stock trading and analytics application on a tight timeline to launch our application as quickly as possible so we need someone willing to commit to achieve our goals and work at a fast pace. We will reward you with regular performance bonues for your dedication and ability to produce desired results.
Work Hours: Typically 45 - 50 hrs / week. Must be available for daily status meetings and avaiable during core business hours for collaboration Mon - Fri 6:30 am - 12:30 am New York Time ... other hours may be worked around your own flexibility unless otherwise required. We are open to accomodate a Sun - Thus working schedule also to accomodate preferred Fri/Sat weekends.
Key Mandatory Skills:
1. Expert Javascript Programmer - Passionate about writing efficiently optimized high performance code - Code must be fast and highly optimized.
2. Node.Js server side programming - Express & Mongoose Ex
3. Expertise in building & integrating custom Libraries
4. Expertise in developing & integrating REST APIs with Oauth 2.0 authentication
5. Socket Programming For Live Data Streaming Charts
6. MongoDB Data Engineering and Administration Expertise
7. Working knowledge of working with sharded clusters and replica sets
8. Working knowledge of Redis integration with MongoDB
9. Working knowledge of Angular and best practices.
10. Working Experience with MeteorJS Framework - We want to build our applicaiton on the MeteorJS framework for rapid development and open socket functionalities.
Required Working Familiarity:
Comfortable Developing/Working In A Linux Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Environment
Visual Studio Code (Our Preferred Editor)
Git / GitHub / Git Bucket
Jira
Preferred Complimentary Skills:
1. Dev Ops - Docker, Docker Compose & Kubernetes
2. Experience with Digital Ocean & Containerization / Kubernetes
