My wife is a dermatologist and we have just launched her website. We need some initial SEO to get to page one of google. We do not think the competition is great so we believe it will be possible to rank towards the top of page one for primary keywords. The website is www.drdegiovanni.co.uk. A list of keywords is attached. We are looking for on-site SEO and link building. Only legitimate white hat SEO.

We also need a little help with google webmaster tools. Fetch as google results in a 'redirection' from https://www.drdegiovanni.co.uk to https://drdegiovanni.co.uk (ie. the www is dropped) and I can't work out why.
