Salient (Wordpress) Expert - Override HTML markups.

We're using the Salient theme and we're using the Price/Star Ratings on Hover product style.

Issue is we want to show 'Title, Price and Add to cart' on hover instead. But I believe we have to override the current styles.

Please only propose for the project if you know how to do this. This is not just a CSS edit job.

Please see attached image to show what we mean and add the word 'Seen it' in your proposal.
