Description
Description of every page/module: The entire website will resemble most auto or RV dealer websites.
Here are examples:
http://www.wilderrv.com/
http://www.trailsiderv.net/
http://www.libertyrvmo.com/
Description of requirements/features: I'm needing a website for an RV Dealership. The site can be completely custom or use a pre-made template. The dealership uses a desktop inventory software called "RV Logic" made by Everlogic that exports current inventory and descriptions in a .xml format. The website will need to read the .xml file and display the photos, description, sale price, and specifications of each current RV. The customer would like to have the website resemble most auto or RV dealership sites that offer vehicles for sale. This includes features such as inventory search by price, manufacturer, model, and year.
It would also be nice to have a user friendly back-end for easy updating.
Feel free to contact me for any additional information that may be needed.
Extra services needed: Domain, Hosting, Installation, Customization

hello Anthony,
Would you need to edit the vehicle data that is coming from the XML feed. I mean would we need to provide the ability to edit the data once it is stored on the site or would edits to the internal system be reflected in the XML thereby updating data on the live site.Anthony K.15 Mar 2017I believe the software stores the most recent version of the .xml file on-line. After inventory is updated on a desktop, it automatically generates an updated .xml file that is stored on-line. So essentially the website would need to display the .xml from that location and constantly check for an updated version.
John M.15 Mar 2017Anthony,
We would need to setup a cron to monitor the xml site so that we can fetch data and parse it to the site as necessary. You would never need the site to update data to the internal system would you?
I am assuming the XML data contains specific detail related to each vehicle, this means we would have to write a routine that is capable of handling the data appropriately.
We can manage the data through code entirely by creating new post for each new vehicle. But how do we manage that post? If we do not create containers for all the various attributes related to each RV we cannot use sort filters to provide advanced search operators for the sites users. By model, by make, by color, by trans type or engine size so on and so forth. I am assuming these are features that need to be available through the site.

Hi Anthony
I would recommend that you buy Hosting and Domain from Godaddy as they provide free domain with hosting.
Lets discuss more on chat.
