Description of requirements/features: I have been building my website, www.cubebasketball.com. It is almost there, but after adding advert sections, it does not look good or quick on mobile or tablet devices. I am hoping for a quick and easy solution, because before the changes it was good. Due to a failure of a previous developer, you can see that it does not look good on mobile or tablet devices. The "stacking" process of adverts, and the ads even covering up the index. I can send you evidence if you need.
