General information for the website: RESPONSIVE WE APPLICATION
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: Admin portal: this will give me a simple report of attendance for each guest list, login in, attendance time, with a simple flow chart display increase of decreases in attendance.
Back Office
Scheduling Option: I will like the ability to schedule content release, which will automatically be released on a specific day
Website statistic: The ability to monitor my website activity and generate basic report eg. Profile hits, likes, traffic (peak time, and quiet periods), shares, guest list attendance statistics.
Edit Venue/events profile
Upload bulk content with a simple csv file or equivalent
The ability to manage potential employee back office access

Featured listing page (Whats On), this will simply list a set of featured club, bars and Events
They Way I have currently pictured the display is very similar to the way groupon display offers on it app. However I will think a little deeper into the design.
I am currently in two minds whether to put all events/venues (Venues will consist of bars and clubs) into one page, or separate it into two pages (Events and Venues)
Venues displayed on the search page will be logo size as displayed in the link below, while Events will be displayed as seen on the RUOUT2NIGHT.co.uk home page (A6 width to length ratio). E.g http://demo.chillipear.com/?item=cubustheme
Simple splash page, with a single button allow user to enter.

Implement better icon in the header bar
Basic CSS changes like; colour, and position
Redesign the hidden menus

Events
Events pages will be designed as displayed in the image at the end of the document
Event pages with have an Attended and will attend button, a like button and share buttons (The attended and attending button will give the option for user to share their potential activities of the social networking feed)
The Events page will also offer directions to the event, and the ability to contact the venue or promoter via phone/E-mail where applicable.
Suggestion will be generated on the events similarities
Images will be retrieved from instagram and facebook using api
Venues
Venue pages will be designed as displayed in the image at the end of the document
The Venue page will also offer only attended options for user how have attended the club
