Responsive / general web developer to fix few minor issues with website

I have some small issues with a site that is almost complete. It's a template site, that has been amended. The original template works fine, but since a few amends, there are a few little issues we need to fix before it is ready to go live.

I also need this done by end of tomorrow ie Friday or mid Saturday, ideally should take an experienced developer about 4 hours but will go on advice.
