Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I have a website with a static (and sub-optimal) design. I wish to re-write the website to have responsive design, which I can do technically, but I would like some help in determining how the "blocks" of information should be positioned in the responsive design when passing from smart-phone vertical to smart-phone horizontal, tablet (vertical; horizontal) and desktop screen.
