Reset my WooCommerce-Checkout page

I offer my page in German and English. My WooCommerce-Checkout is somehow written in half English/half German. Therefore, customers emails are not sent correctly translated. Customers purchasing on the English site, receive the email in English, but the Product description doesn't get translated.

I experimented with displaying the classic WooCommerce-Checkout or the new Block version. With the old classic Checkout, the emails are sent correctly.

Therefore, I assume that the problem is with the WooCommerce-Checkout block. I need somebody to reset the WooCommerce-block. In order to show the modern Checkout-blocks to my customers and make sure they still receive the correctly translated emails.
