Requirements and changes to my website

I have a website that need some changes, updates, requirements, it is in PHP halamiles.com. and im looking for full stack developers to help with my project

My requirements:
1. Terms and condition that is added from the admin dashboard while creating or editing a store need to replace it to hyper link and pop up when click on it https://prnt.sc/10w05f4 and in case there was no terms and conditions in the store it should be hidden within the store page
2. Do and do not to replace terms and conditions box where it can be dynamic from the admin dashboard so I can add for each store the Dos and do not like here http://prntscr.com/10w8vp5 if it is blank then the box should be hidden
3. To access the store I only can click the picture on the name of the store not only the picture of the store to enter the store page, I want even the store name if I click on it, it takes me to the store page
4. any new joiner to the website get bonus and it is automatically approved, I want to change this to make it is pending till approved by admin for new joiners and referrals as well
5. currently when visitor (not logged in)click on "go to store to earn Halamiles" it require him/her to register http://prntscr.com/10w965i . I want to disable this to make it visitors can be redirected to the store page without the need to register


This is 1st phase, im looking for long term collaboration with further requirements once this one is done.
