Require modifications to a crowdfunding site

i require modification to a crowdfunding site i'm developing. i estimate the modifications will require approx 10-12 hrs of html/css programming development. type of programming required follows:

*change look and feel of site...fonts, colors etc.
*add a couple of new pages (using text boxes so text can be easily changed)
*create footer and links etc
*create a couple of upload image boxes
