Report generated from several APIs

I have attached an example of the report we have so far, the sources for the data are at the end of the report. I have the source file (if that's the right term), and the person who made it would be happy to explain what he has done (if that's helpful?)

As you can see, the current report is a mess, and the data in the first section (EPC) is not always accurate. The current developer was unable to get the branding on every page and looking professional. He also was unable to explain why the data in the first section is inaccurate.

I would like a fully branded (PropertyHeads) PDF made on request when a user supplies their postcode and house number. The report needs to look professional as it is a way for us to attract users.

This is just the basic report, over time we are looking to build upon it, so this could become an on going project.
