Replace Wordpress contact forms with Zoho CRM webform

The initial work will be developed on the Wordpress at staging.teachersrise.eu/.
Once all the details will be approved, you will deploy the approved work in www.teachersrise.eu/ : this means you will need to have to upload the edited files (and not to transfer the staging) and get it approved and tested OK on the final www.teachersrise.eu/ website.

You will receive the code generated by Zoho CRM for its CRM webform. The Zoho CRM code includes styles and other lines you might need to remove to complete the job.
We will run the test on Zoho and retain the Zoho account details.

Goals (reference is made to www.teachersrise.eu/ refers to staging.teachersrise.eu/ for the initial work):
1) To replace the webforms at the following addresses with the Zoho webform and keep the current website styles, font size-type-colour and behaviours.

c) All "Download our Course guide" at the bottom of 6 category page (keep same style and background image):

2) To replace the "Erasmus+ 2021-2027 and covid-19" at the bottom of https://www.teachersrise.eu/ with the Zoho webform and keep the green background/white characters

Please, notice that the final work must keep the following current website styles, font size-type-colour and behaviours.

Compulsory fields marked with * must be kept compulsory. "*" must be of the current colour.

In particular, the download button must keep same background colour and type and font colour, size and type
Even if the Zoho CRM privacy field has a validation and the form will be submitted only after this checkbox has been selected, the download button must behave as it does now:
- unless the privacy checkbox is ticked, the download button can't be clicked
- if the privacy checkbox is not ticked, the current forbidden icon will appear for the pointer

Deadline:
The initial work at staging.teachersrise.eu/ must be completed in 3 working days after assignment.
The final work must be approved and tested OK on the final www.teachersrise.eu/ website in 5 working days before assignment.
