Renewal of a homepage of a law firm

A friend of mine created a new website for my father who runs a small law company. But the site has a couple of bugs that need to be fixed. Some pages dont have a unique style and there are lots of things missing to be able to get a better google rank. The google page rank is at 1 right now. There is no robots.txt file, the sitemap is missing,there are no internal links,the meta description is missing, there are no meta keywords, the failure page is missing and I would like to have a favicon as well.

I only have basic knowledge of web programming. But I am sure that a pro can fix this issue within a short time.
