We think at some point custom code MAY have been added to the site that is adding in payment fields to the 'Billing Details' of the form at checkout.
This does not need to be there as there are payment options at the bottom of the page delivered by Stripe and PayPal.

I hope someone out there can help and guarantee they will never appear on the page again.

PS: The site will be checked by a highly-professional developer once the work is done to check the integrity of the fix and if it has been done 'white-hat'.

What framework is the website built on? This does not seem to be a hack, but rather a misconfiguration of the shopping and payment modules. -
