Reliable web designer to work on a template and create our website

General information for the website: Language services provider (Please read job description before responding)
Description of every page/module: There will be 5 main pages (Home - About Us - Services - Pricing - Contact)
Plus, there will be two more pages whose menu buttons will be at the bottom (Join Us, which involves a form and FAQ, which is only made up of text)
Description of requirements/features: We are purchasing a template from TemplateMonster and in need of someone who can replace their content with ours and upload the website to make it live by the end of this week (up by 1st June). We have got all instructions clearly written on an Excel spreadsheet; even the layout of the pages will remain the same, only getting rid of a few sections as a whole.
