Regular On Page/Site SEO work

Hi, I am looking to to work with a developer who can bring some websites up to scratch with regards to their on page SEO. Typical work includes meta data, tags, descriptions, image optimization, duplicate content etc. I've got good reporting/auditing tools so you will just need to follow a simple spec.

I do not require any off-page SEO, social media or link building strategies. I just need a reliable, flexible and cost effective developer/marketeer to assist me with on-site SEO going forward.

You can benefit from regular work if we get things right. I need to establish an 'hourly rate' for this type of work.
