Registration page

We need a conference registration page. Have used Front Page in the past but I am keen to get away from it asap as the ISP hosting our site will not support Front Page any longer and we are having problems. The current page is at http://www.bsgconference.org.uk/2009reg101.htm so you can see what data we need to gather. The online form should post to our admin email address and to a database on the website.
