This site was designed on dreamweaver in the past.
We are moving hosting server, so its time to redesign/rehash to current.
Which platform you chose is up to you BUT
1. Must be responsive
2. Must be industry (in this case) web technology compliant.
2. Must be SEO compliant and easily SEO'ed
3. Must be end-user (MSWord/Publisher friendly) similar type of editing
4. Secured section, including bot hack, for private login to company files
5. Any value added proposal will give you the edge for acceptance.
6. Aceptance time to live within reasonable flexible time but not 1moth for time-to-live. Please state your schedule.
