Redesign homepage

Summary
======
We need our website homepage redesigned. The end product will be:
* Homepage html and css
* This MUST use twitter bootstrap
* The website css will be used as a theme for other pages of the website (i.e, header and footer etc), so this must be considered (I will convert what you have done to a template).

Our time line would be ideally within the next 2 weeks to have a completed product.

Hi - I represent Smart Home Professionals. We offer Smart Home (Home automation) installations in London. We have 5 "packages" that allow our clients to control Lighting, Heating, Security, Audio&Visual, and Curtains/Blinds.

Job Description

What we need is someone to come up with a design/concept for our homepage. I currently have no real idea of how this should be.

I have created a draft website so you can see our logo, and the initial wording we have (not to view the design).

The main points we'd like to express, is
* a link to a free online quote
* each of the packages we offer
* brief summary of the company
* we're thinking we should minimise scrolling, to have as much info as possible on the initial page, but we are open to suggestions
* possibly a scroller, which shows different abilities each package can do?

Images
=====
We will need any pictures sourced by you, so please choose what you would see to best catch the eye/explain our products. The only pictures we would perhaps use, are some images for the lighting controls we use. EG:

Hopefully this is enough information to proceed. Our budget will be around 150 - 250. There is also potentially more work to create other pages (e.g., a separate page for each package).
