Redesign / Enhance Shopify Store

Description of requirements/features: BateelDiver.com is an online scuba diving store managed by Shopify and connected to the local shop. There are basic requests that need to be looked at such as:
1- The current template, navigation, and internal pages (i.e. checkout, cart, basket, etc.) needs improvement
2- Existing currency in Shopify backend is Saudi Riyals (SAR), however, Paypal will not accept this currency and need to find a method to pass USD currency to Paypal without affecting the backend SAR currency.
3- Install Google analytics and improve SEO
4- Display the side filter by collection, product, brands, etc.
5- Connect to Facebook chat (facebook.com/BateelDiver)
6- Link selective products to Facebook Shop
7- Enhance blog page
8- Display Instagram photos on the website.
