If delays are as a result of issues on your end and not the developers, what will be the resultant action?

Since the sites are different, I doubt they would all have the same scope of work, so can the project cost be per project rather than uniform as you have set?

How can we determine the suitability of the current set budget when we haven't seen any of the sites and the full list of changes/updates to be implemented?
