Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Project Description
We need an experienced WordPress developer to convert the Insights section of our website (www.dacpros.co.uk) into a dynamic, SEO-friendly blog. The rest of the site will remain as is — this project focuses only on replacing the static Insights pages with a WordPress CMS that’s easy to manage and search-engine optimised.
The site was written in Wordpress but the blog function is not utilised.
Key Requirements
- Install & configure WordPress for the Insights section (subdirectory or subdomain).
- Create a main blog page showing latest posts, filterable by category.
- Disable comments, but enable likes and social sharing (LinkedIn, Facebook) with proper image/summary previews.
Set up three content categories:
1. Articles
2. Case Studies
3. Ebooks & Whitepapers (gated downloads – requires email form)
- Configure a gated content system (download only after providing email).
- Use an SEO/social plugin (e.g. RankMath, Yoast) for optimized sharing.
- Match existing website branding and styling.
- Deliver a setup that’s simple to manage by non-technical users.
Deliverables
- WordPress blog installation & theme setup
- Gated content integration to Hubspot(email goes straight to Hubspot)
- Social sharing configuration
- SEO metadata setup
- Migrate existing content to the new blog page
- Short video or written guide showing how to add new content

Thanks for outlining the project. Before I send my proposal, could you please confirm a few details?
* Do you already have HubSpot integrated, or should I set it up for the gated downloads and email capture?
* Which fields should the email form collect (just name/email, or more details)?
* How many existing Insights pages need to be migrated into the new blog?
