Realestate/property website with a twist

YOU NEED TO BE FREE TO START ON THE PROJECT IN THE NEXT 1-2 WEEKS AND WORK ON IT FULL TIME.


I want a website that I would own all copyrights and code and all elements and objects used and created. All these will be delivered to me in the most convenient way for me and in full.
The website will be for Investment Property search & research, calculations, sale of affiliate products & advertising of member and other 3rd party services with memberships & referrals via email, whatsapp, social media with a unique code or url which can not be cheated and people can not refer them selves to earn the discounts or gifts.

WEBSITE FUNCTIONS
FULL DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY WHEN HOSTED AND ACCESSIBLE ON A DOMAIN OF MINE. I WOULD OWN ALL THE CODE, COPYRIGHTS AND ALL ELEMENTS/OBJECTS USED ON THE PROJECT AND CREATED FOR THE PROJECT.
1. Api integration with propertydata.co.uk (https://propertydata.co.uk/api) Where most of the search and research results will be coming from.
2. Custom property search with
-40 - 50 search criteria (some will be check boxes and some will be dropdown menus with single or multiple selection),
-6 other pre selected criteria search results page with further search selection/filtering based on price, size, type location+distance and age of listing/property advert + the other custom 40-50 search/filter criteria
3. Property tools
- Calculate (6 investment property calculators similar to https://www.biggerpockets.com/rental-property-calculator. The calculators will generate a pdf report as well as social media shareable file formats with my website watermark as well as the details of the user if they choose. Some users will be able to remove my website watermark.)
-Evaluate (Information that is specific to the users search of a town, area, post code or property. All related information we can get from the propertydata.co.uk api )
-Isights (Information that is specific to the users search of a town, area, post code or property. All related information we can get from the propertydata.co.uk api )
4. Market Place
- Sell memberships and accept payments via credit/debit cards and paypal. Membership can start with 1-2 weeks free with limited functionality and then according to the membership privileges.

-Property listing by users of my website. Users can advertise their property fo sale/rent and other registered viewers can contact them via phone or email.

Users can set alerts to be notified via email and sms regarding properties which fit specific custom search criteria as soon as the listings appear or added to the source/api website
-User will have a dashboard where they can view recent searches, favourited properties, saved property calculations and reports, property notes and also how many properties they have found.

7. A very good FAQ page similar to whats app's FAQ age.

The user would be able to search for a property, see the listings, choose one, click the analyse button and choose from the 6 different calculators and then the entry fields on the calculators will be prefilled with the data that we hold for the property fetched from the api or somewhere els on the website.
9. The website should be able to fetch data economically and store it for use by the users and then update as needed as the api plans give you specific number of calls/month.
10. A very good content management system that gives the admin the ability to edit the website, add content, manage content, alter the design and perform other functions similar to the capabilities of wix.com, be able to send marketing and update emails to users and subscribers,
11. Good and easy to navigate web pages, also optimised for mobile phones and tablets.

Design- I draw inspiration from Propertydata.co.uk, rightmove.co.uk, biggerpockets.co.uk So the design will be similar to those for different areas/functions of the website.
Pages- The website will have all the necessary pages to make it work and function the way I want.
I must be able to have unlimited design/front end and UX and UI revisions depending on the feedback from potential users.
Other little changes in functionality may be needed.
I will also need a 2 page prelaunch website where people invite others via email and social media and send their unique link they will get some money off the subscription
