Re-Theme an Existing WordPress Site With Elementor

I'm looking for someone to re-theme an existing WordPress site with Elementor. The existing site is down at the moment but hosting details would be provided to the winning freelancer. We're looking for a clean and bright re-theme like:

All of the existing site content will remain the same, it's just a design refresh. I believe the current site has some malware issues to be resolved first. Please let me know if you're able to turn this around and how long it would take.
