Do you want : Legally Approved small ecommerce store Setup + Legal Compliance(ip ,policy ,tax, shipping coc etc.) + Bookkeeping setup + automation + A to z store management ?

Before I evaluate scope, timeline, I need clarity on three critical points, because they fundamentally change the architecture, Stripe setup, and long-term viability of this marketplace.

First, are you looking for a lean MVP to validate demand, or a production-ready marketplace built to handle real users, real payments, refunds, disputes, and scale without needing to be rebuilt later? Those are two very different builds.

Second, how do you expect commissions and subscriptions to interact? Should transaction fees apply to all sellers, including Premium and Ultimate, or do paid plans reduce or remove commission? This decision directly affects payment flows, Stripe logic, and data modeling.

Third, at launch, who is responsible for disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and seller enforcement, and do you expect these processes to be automated from day one, or manually handled initially?

Once I have clarity on these, I can accurately assess scope and propose the right build instead of guessing and under-scoping something this complex.
