Quick job to get a log in page working again.

Log in page which takes members to a page where they can update their profile, is no longer working. This worked previously but after making a couple of changes to other areas of the site and moving servers it seems to not work any more. It is located here.

I suspect this job should take less than an hour so I'm looking for a fixed fee for this. And it may lead to other work but I'm afraid I can't be sure right now. Thanks.
