Quick Job: Need To Repair Lost Password And Account Pages

Hello, I have a website that I am building www.seduceyourcustomer.com and lost password page is missing:

When you go here and click on Lost Password:

It gives you this page:

What I need is Lost Password page to be restored and working perfectly.

Also, My Account page isn't working too. My Account page is a parent page of Lost Password page.

I took a look on Google "wordpress lost password page is missing" and get this:

But my website seems to have different settings. It uses AVADA WORDPRESS THEME.

This is an easy and quick job for someone who knows what to do.
