Quick help with a HTML/CSS feature

All we need is an HTML based text box, where the user can type a predetermined phrase (example: promo code ' AVN50 ') and be directed to another static page.
The phrase should be part of a list of preapproved phrases (all promo code phrases) that will redirect to another page. Basically just a simple way of getting around our current billing program- which won't allow us to use promo codes.
Realistically if you know what you're doing then this should be easy, we've just hit a wall with errors and need some quick help before our launch tomorrow. Thanks!
