Publish ChatGPT built website

EDIT: My hosting does not support NodeJS, timeout and flock

I need help publishing a website built using ChatGPT Sites. I have downloaded the files. The technology used is:
- React 19
- Vinext and Vite
- TypeScript
- CSS
I have domain name and Linux hosting, here is the ReadMe file:

##Website handover

This archive contains the complete editable source for xxx website Version 19, including all page code, styling, photographs and video assets.

## Technology

- React 19 / Next-compatible source
- Vinext and Vite
- TypeScript
- CSS in `app/globals.css`
- Public images and video in `public/`

This is not a collection of hand-written flat HTML files. The page source is held in the `app/` directory and is compiled into the deployable website.

## Run locally

Requirements: Node.js 22.13 or later and npm.

The current project was created for a Cloudflare Worker-compatible Vinext environment. If it is to be moved to conventional shared hosting that only accepts flat HTML/PHP files, the pages will need to be converted or statically exported by the hosting developer.
