PSD to Responsive HTML

We need someone good with frontend development. There will be around 20-25 PSDs which needs to be sliced with Responsive HTML/CSS.
1- Website front pages around 5 screens in total
2- User Dashboard around 8 screens in total including Registration and Login
3- Super Admin dashboard around 8 screens in total including Registration and Login

Most of the table and content for dashboard screens is same, header will stay same so mostly copy and paste job for the right person.. Budget is under $100 and job will go to the one who have excellent working experience and good offer for us..

Here is what you need to do:
1- PSD to HTML (we will provide you all images, fonts or whatever you need to make it workable)
2- You need to upload your HTML code on a FTP environment we provide you so that we can test it on real devices
3- Connect all pages to one another in a flow with hyperlinks so that it looks like functional website.
4- Fix all bugs till the time we are completely satisfied.
