Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the website: Conversion of two relatively simple PSD files
Num. of web pages/modules: 2
Description of every page/module: We are looking to convert two PSD files into HTML pages for an internal intranet system. Once is an information home page, with one standard block of data (not all of which shows every time) that is replicated as necessary down the page. This will require some AJAX functionality, so that when an image is clicked on, a popup appears with a larger version of the image showing, along with some image data that will be supply through the AJAX request as a JSON array.
The second page is a fairly simple form but also requires the implementation of a specific jQuery File Uploader, and passing through of basic information.
Both pages need to be converted into HTML5 with linked CSS3 files, and have common header/footer sections - where the page height is less than the window height, the footer should be locked to the base of the window. If possible, rather than plain HTML5, the pages should be converted into Laravel Blade, compatible with version 5.3, however we have a limited to budget for this work.
The pages do need to be pixel perfect, and please be aware we will only sign the project off as complete once we are happy with the conversion. There is no back end programming included or required in anyway.
Description of requirements/features: PSD to HTML, CSS, Laravel 5.3 Blade
Extra notes:

Are you in a rush or flexible on deadline?
-

Would love to help you out here.
Just a few questions:
1. Can you send me the PSD designs?
2. Do you provide the JPG images? -

I have to check design before final estimate, otherwise we can go hour base.
-

Is laravel complusory? Will static html work?
