PSD to HTML/Jquery/css

I’m looking html expert who can convert 6 PSD files into HTML and add javascript/jquery interactivity.

3. Application form
4. Membership form

Requirements:

1) @font-face implementation

2) HTML5 style forms with validation:

3) Strictly table less CSS & W3C Valid HTML5 markup.

4) HTML should be tested on safari, chrome, IE 9, 10 or higher and firefox.

What I provide:
 6 Psd files with instructions jpg images
 Button HTML file.



This is fix price. I'm not looking to spend more than £150

plenty of future work for the right worker.
