General information for the website: We need a PSD turning into a responsive HTML page with CSS

Description of requirements/features: We have a PSD of content for our homepage on our wordpress site which is running a responsive theme.
We want someone to take the content for the homepage PSD and turn it into HTML/CSS which we can drop into our wordpress site, we can add the responsive CSS and HTML if you can code this out. It is not very complicated and should use @media css calls.
