Psd to html 5

I have a homepage and 4 other pages in psd which I need changing into a working website. SEO html 5 css3 javascript etc.
Edit: I am finalizing the the design of my 5 page website with the web designer, he will provide me with 5 PSD files which I then need converting into a working website, I have domain names and hosting, I don't have a clue about most of the questions I have been asked! all of those things were mentioned by the designer, so would like someone to explain what they think I need for my site to go live, be functional, mobile/ipad and search engine friendly and the header fit the browser it's opened in. Let me know what you suggest and pricing. Ive attach jpegs of 3 of the pages in their current state mostly complete but text and images to be added and minor changes to be made. Fb and twitter links needed. Open to all suggestions. Thanks
