Very easy job, this site is mine, it is only 1 page - www.netflexnow.com
I have designed a new page for this site, I just need that page coded up and attached to the top menu so people can access it.
The new design is in the attachment - it is based off exactly the same home page. Everything must stay the same, so same fonts, colors, css stylesheet etc
The only thing as you can see changing will be the content which is all done by me in the PSD
Need someone good, quick and intelligent.I do not want time wasters. Read what I wrote and then accept the job, don't accept with job without reading what I write!

IT NEEDS TO BE EXACTLY THE SAME, SAME STYLIN SAME FONTS SAME EVERYTHING IN TERMS OF QUALITY
I have already wasted my time on someone else that said yes to this job but couldn't even keep the consistency and made different fonts and sizes and quality was just bad, must be someone REAL that can do the work, I do not want time wasters where i have to babysit you on how to code html compared to a design

How do you calculate the You could be earning estimates? It says between 1% and 5% but we would need to pick a number to use in the calculation so would it be say 3%? Other than that it appears pretty straight forward.
