Propery Search CMS Website Joomla!

I'm a web development company based in Salcombe, South Devon, UK. I am looking to out source an advanced site development project. Your task will be to recreate and existing holiday letting website, using supplied graphis and layouts. You must develop this project using the Joomla CMS and it's property manager module. You will need to create the css template and repopulate it with the sites exisiting content, the companys staff must be able to add new properties and descriptions and alter listings, and the property database must be searchable by clients. You do not have to be concerned with bookings and avaiabilty, the company in question already have this system in place.

So to clarify your task will be to recreate an online holiday letting agencies database website using the Joomla! CMSystem, not redesigning, but using the exisitng layout and functionality.

Suitable applicants must provide a portfolio of CMS websites they have worked on. Payment will be 25% upfront the rest on compleation.
