Promote my WIX site

I need someone to help promote my website, setup ad-words campaign and get some generic SEO going, getting the site onto the first page of google and other browsers. I am currently using WIX, which links to a backend application (this has been completed) The area is Betfair / Sports Trading, on Foootball / Soccer. The project is to help getting the site out there to garner subscriptions to the service. Please list how you would go about this, your skill set on SEO and experience. significant investment has already been made. The service is currently free, but will move to a subscription service, once I can get people using it. Thanks Chris
