Professional website redesign HTML/CSS. SEO friendly.

We are a small, but growing article site with over 350,000 page views every month. We are looking for a web-site redesign that would include producing HTML and CSS templates for DreamWeaver.

We require a designer with a range of skills to help us develop a new look and feel. New design would need to incorporate the following:

Elements from existing design – so that the website looks like it has been sympathetically redesigned and not completely changed.

Emphasis on brand identity to help us build our brand.

The design should be clear and easy to navigate.

HTML and CSS with JavaScript Plugins if necessary, no PHP required.

The design should be optimised for Search Engines (SEO).

The design needs to incorporate ad serving and thought needs to be given to ad placement to maximise click through rates but minimise distraction from the content.

The design should encourage users to interact with our social media content – facebook, twitter and blog.
