Description of requirements/features: The design and layout of the website page are developed. This statement of work includes building the site using the design and layout provided, including:
* Using HTML/HTML5 or other commonly used code that others can decipher/repair/adjust; into

* Develop a secure transaction/payment system (Paypal/Visa)
* Develop the following functions: Sign-up / Sign-in / Forgot Password / Contact Us
* Use flash banners, wrap around text
* Page download speed of 2-seconds or less
* Correctly viewed on laptop, IPad, and IPhones
* "Secure" / using Norton Anti-virus
* Ensure website is compatible and functions with the current domain and website host
* Establish email addresses: xxx @ / Requesting Info / Suggestions / Press Inquiries
* Develop an SOP that enables client to add and modify pages
* Develop a ecure transaction/payment system (Paypal/Visa)
* Link to Twitter LinkedIn Facebook
* Ability to link to user statistics (# of visits, new, etc.)
* Deliver a backup of the website on a USB
* Ability to download & upload to webhost within 30 minutes with full visual &operational capability
(website or host crashing)
* Must use/access images provided, as well as provide additional images of same theme if necessary
