Process to convert Word file to PDF and then post to a website

I have a requirement to automate a process whereby an email is currently sent to me with a Word attachment. The file is sent once a week and is a bulletin for my local church at which point I need to convert the file to PDF (the send is elderly and can't do this). I then have to upload the PDF to the website via FIlezilla and update the index.html file with the new file's name. I use the naming convention YYYY-MM-DD for the file name so users can retrieve older bulletins if necessary.

What I would like is for the creator of the word file to be able to email it to an address where the file is converted to PDF and is then uploaded to the website and the index.html file automatically updated.
